With the significant achievements from the beginning of 20th century, electric vehicles(EV) gradually comes to public attention, becoming a new star in the auto industry. Especially over the last decade, when human facing the increasing challenges of high oil demands and urban air pollution, the exploration in electronic vehicles turn to an enthusiasm for the purpose to save more energy and strive for more environmental-friendly ways of transportation. However, the management of electric energy with extra electrical loads generates new challenges.
