Meeting Agenda

Introduction

Meeting Agenda is an online platform that assists users to manage and prepare meeting plans in an interactive way. The target user groups are college students and faculties who have to attend and host meetings at a high frequency. 

 

Pain Points

  • Low efficiency without prepared meeting plan

  • No time control and lack of breaking time

  • Not everybody clear what to do in the meeting and sometimes get lost

 

Design Goals

  • User could easily get the information about the upcoming meetings

  • User could manage the activities of a meeting based on time consumption

  • User could once manage activities for several meetings

 

Main Functions

  • Manage meeting and activity in a parallel way: add, remove, edit and search meeting/activity.

  • Easily get the overview information: 1) Meeting: name, date, time, length, locations, participants, tags, descriptions; 2) Activity: name, duration, type, description

  • Dynamically information update
